Which materials should be listed separately?
Distinguish renovation debris from furniture, stock, electronics and routine business waste. A shop refit or office alteration may involve several waste streams, and being from one premises does not mean they are all accepted in one container.
Arrange appropriate handling for confidential records and data-bearing devices. Do not rely on a waste-bin rental to provide document destruction, secure data erasure or certified electronics processing. Ask for any specialist service separately and confirm who is providing it.
How should delivery and collection fit the business?
Choose a window that allows approved waste to be loaded without blocking normal access. Make sure new fixtures, contractors' vehicles and other deliveries will not prevent the bin from being collected. Temporary storage requirements and the bin's rental duration should be agreed together.
